Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology for Christian Counseling from Liberty University as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from Bible Faith Global University. She is an active member of her church where she ministers and encourages others. In November of 2022, she published her first book called, “Your Name is ______and You Are Forgiven.” Not only is she an author, but she has also had other writings published in Faith on Every Corner, an online Christian magazine.

Karen is the founder of Find A Need And Fill It, Inc., which is a non-profit that launches in the summer of 2026. The mission of her non-profit is to identify and supply various needs to people in the local communities. Karen has a passion for women’s ministry, and a strong desire to see women healed, delivered, and set free from their emotional wounds from the past. She currently ministers to others through the Speak Words of Faith website (speakwordsoffaith.com) where she maintains a blog. Speak Words of Faith will also work in conjunction with Find A Need And Fill It, Inc. to minister to spiritual needs through prayer, encouragement, and mentorship.

Tynetta is the Founder and CEO of UnlockU Coaching and Consulting, LLC, a transformational coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and certified Change Management practitioner with extensive leadership experience across both public and private sectors.

A graduate of Hampton University (B.S. in Business Management) and Morgan State University (MBA), Tynetta also serves as a senior manager within the Department of Defense, where she specializes in executive leadership development, individual and team coaching, and organizational growth initiatives.

Her work integrates strategic insight with personal awareness, guiding clients through complex challenges, career transitions, and opportunities for growth. Tynetta is the author of UnlockU: 7 Principles for Purpose-Driven Growth and its companion workbook, which provide a practical framework for fostering resilience, leveraging resources, and unlocking potential. Her signature approach is designed to help students, professionals, and leaders cultivate a growth mindset, overcome self-doubt, and translate vision into action.

With over four decades of distinguished service in the U.S. Marine Corps and government sectors, Karin is a visionary coach and best-selling author dedicated to living a life in service of others. As the founder of Zone of Potential, she integrates her rigorous academic background – including an MBA and a Master’s in Cyber Security Policy – with elite certifications as an ICF Professional Certified Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP to empower women to embrace their innate gifts. Karin’s holistic approach is informed by her deep faith, global perspective gained from traveling four continents, and a disciplined athletic background in bodybuilding and endurance sports. Veronica is an author who co-founded the veteran-owned Alliance Seminars Coaching faith-based organization. She leverages her life experiences to provide coaching services, motivational speaking, and certified workshops. Alliance Seminars Coaching shares strategies and skills to strengthen personal and professional relationships through collaboration. She is dedicated to equipping today's women for tomorrow's challenges. She empowers single and married women through workshops, retreats, conferences, and roundtables. She connects with others through her life journey of overcoming various life encounters. She also utilizes her gifts, talents, and knowledge to encourage individuals wherever they are in their journey. Finally, she coaches military wives as the spouse of a veteran, helping women maneuver through the challenges that come with a military lifestyle.  Gabrielle is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, and international speaker who began her business journey at the age of 9. She is the founder of Jewelz of Jordan, a luxury jewelry company that has attracted a celebrity clientele and international acclaim. By the age of 13, Gabrielle became a best-selling author with her debut book, The Making of a Young Entrepreneur: A Kid’s Guide to Developing the Mind-Set for Success, which has empowered thousands of youths and adults to explore purpose driven entrepreneurship.
